How do I set up and use Employee risk profiles?
Natural HR provides the ability to identify and report on risks against employees who have not undertaken mandatory, or possess the necessary specified mandatory documents.
An employee risk profile is set at the employee's job role but there are some other steps to be completed before the risk profile can be applied.
Creating Mandatory Document Types
To create a mandatory document type, navigate into:
Administration -> HR -> Data Management -> Mandatory Documents -> Mandatory Documents

Creating Mandatory Training Courses
You will need to add training courses to the training course library, to start navigate into:
Training -> Course Library
After clicking on the "Add" button you'll be taken to this page:
From this page you can enter the details of the training course you'd like to add into the form. By default the "Mandatory" option is set to "No", set this option to "Yes" if you want this course to be assigned to a job role. After entering all the necessary detail then clicking on "Submit" to save your details.
You will then need to edit the job role by navigating into:
Administration -> HR -> Data Management -> Job Roles
You can click "Add" to create a new job role or to edit an existing job role click the "Actions" button followed by Edit. Click here for more information on creating job roles.
Here you can select which courses or documents are required for the employee's job role.
After clicking the 'Submit' button the risk profile on the appropriate employee's file, and the company risk profile will recognise that this Job role requires these documents and training courses.

To view the risks associated with an individual employee go to:
People -> Employee -> Risks
Full Company Risk Matrix
A full company-wide view of all employee's risks can be viewed via:
Administration -> HR -> Risk Profile
The company-wide view will show you the risks associated for all employees - with the additional option to filter the view by Manager, Job Title, Department, Site, Business Unit, Company and Cost Centre by using the dropdown menu just above the table.
Colour Coding Key
Green - The document or training qualification is present and valid.
Amber - The document or training qualification is present but the expiry date is within the next 3 months.
Red - The document or training qualification is not present.
