NaturalHR is capable of reminding managers of their employees' work anniversary. To enable this go to:

Administration -> Company -> Settings -> Company settings

Under the Notifications section you can find the "Employee Start Date Anniversary Notifications" dropdown.

The available options are:

• None - No action is taken.
• Email only - this will send an automated email before the anniversary of the start date.
• Calendar only - If this option is selected the anniversary will appear in the calendar on the anniversary of the start date each year.
• Email and Calendar - the anniversary will be visible in the calendar and an automated email will be send out too.

The default process in the system is to notify you on the day of the anniversary.

You can create a workflow if you require other people to be notified or you wish to be notified earlier than the actual anniversary date. Check out our support article that can assist you with building this here
