How can Employees add their preferred Pronouns?
To allow employees to add their preferred Pronouns, this can be enabled within -
Administration>Company>Settings>Display settings
Under the heading for Employee Module - Changing the option for 'Gender pronoun support' to Yes.
We have left this as a free text box so that employees are able to add the pronoun of their choice.
They can update this within Self Service > My Details > Personal Details
This will then display where their name is used such as the Directory.
