CV-Library integration
Natural HR has an integration with CV-Library which supports two core functions:
1) Posting of jobs from Natural HR into CV-Library
2) Direct candidate application from CV-Library into Natural HR
1) Posting of jobs from Natural HR into CV-Library
To set up the posting of jobs from Natural HR to CV-Library you need to set up a token to authenticate your requests which we send - you can get these credentials from CV-Library.
To add or change a CV-Library token, as an administrator, go to Admin/Company/Settings/Tokens and add or edit an existing token - you will need to enter both the Client ID and secret key.
The Generic CV-Library account option is not mandatory - this is used if you want all posts in your account to be posted to a single CV Library account rather than each post being posted to the individual recruiters CV-Library account.
In addition to adding the token, you also need to setup two other elements to use this integration - job status and (optionally) recruitment requisition reason.
You can either add or edit your existing job statuses but these all require a value for the CV-Library status so this information gets passed correctly when you create a role.
The only supported options provided by CV-Library are:
- Permanent
- Contract
- Temporary
- Part time
- Apprenticeship
Additionally, you can also pass a CV library industry field when posting a role - this is added as part of the Recruitment requisition category setup. If you do not pass this value then the role will be posted with an industry of Other (you can change this in CV Library when the role is active).
The only supported industries provided by CV-Library are:

- Construction

- Engineering

Once you have completed the setup of the CV-Library integration, you can then send jobs for posting - to do so, in Recruitment/Requisitions there is an option called Jobs boards
This will list all the jobs boards integrations available and, if active, enabled for this role - to enable an integration simply tick the corresponding box and click submit.
If successful, you will get a green confirmation banner and, in the case of CV-Library, you will see a link under the logo allowing you to view the role directly in CV-Library.
If you wish to remove a listing from CV-Library, you can simply untick the CV-Library box and click submit.
IMPORTANT: Any changes made are one way only - if you delete/change a job or its settings etc in CV-Library this will not impact anything in Natural HR so you would additionally have to delete/archive the role in Natural HR
2) Direct candidate application from CV-Library into Natural HR
CV-Library offers a feature called Direct Apply which allows candidates to apply in one click using their saved profile avoiding the need for them to re enter their data simply by clicking Apply Now on your job listing in CV-Library.
Direct Apply supports the following fields and we will populate these fields ONLY against the candidate record:
- First name
- Surname
- Town
- County / State
- Post code / Zip
- Telephone
- CV / Resume - if attached
- Role applied for
- Referrer will be tracked as cv-library.co.uk
