Remove a HR user's ability to delete
In some cases you may want to ensure that a HR user cannot delete data, whether you want them to have read only access or just want to prevent the removal of data, you can do so by navigating into:
People -> Users
Then search for the user you'd like to edit and click Actions -> Edit:
Once you're on the Edit page scroll down to the permissions section and locate the 'hide delete icons' field:
Once the field is set to Yes just click Submit. Once that's done the user will no longer have the delete option:
