Enabling TFA or PIN login for Admin and HR users only
Natural HR offers Two-Factor Authentication and the use of PINs as a secondary login credential for increased security. These features were previously enabled globally and applied to all types of users equally. We have added options to the Security settings page which allow these features to be enabled for HR and Admin users. If this is chosen, they are not enabled for other user types. This provides the ability to mandate the use of Two-Factor Authentication or PIN login for Admin and HR users, who have a greater level of access to information and settings, without introducing friction to the login process for Employee users.
To enable this setting navigate into Administration -> Company -> Settings -> Security Settings.
Once on this page adjust the 'Require 2 factor Authentication' field to suit your needs:
