The Employee Notes feature allows free-form text notes to be stored on an employee record. These notes can either be visible to the Employee’s Manager, or only to Admin/HR users. This visibility could previously be changed by editing each note individually. Users can now use the Bulk Actions menu on the Employee Notes page to change the visibility of these items in Bulk.
To do so simply navigate into People -> Employees:
Once on this page click the Notes button:
From the Employee Notes page simply select the checkbox of all employee notes that you'd like to adjust visibility for, then click 'Toggle manager visibility' from the Bulk Actions dropdown:
