The Availability module (accessible to Admin and HR users) provides a way to monitor who is on or out of the office on a given day and can be accessed under via the left-hand menu under Time and attendance > Availability – you can choose from a Company, Department, Site or a Team wide view.
If you do not set a date then it will run for 4 weeks from today or, alternatively, you can enter a different date to look 4 weeks beyond that date.
When you click on the icon next to the date of any box, you'll be taken through to an availability report for that day to show who is in the office, for whom it's a non working day and who is on Timeoff.
You can either "Print" this report or press "Cancel" to return to the previous screen using one of the two buttons at the bottom of the report.
Thresholds are pre-set to turn red on the availability module if 25% of people or more are out of the office and green if 75% of people or more are in the office. If the percentage falls between the upper and lower limits, then it will show as orange.
You can change these thresholds under Administration Company Settings Timeoff settings (global) then scroll down this page to the section called "Display settings".
Enter the new thresholds you would like to use as a number without a percentage symbol then scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Submit" for the changes to take immediate effect.
