If you have forgotten your password or PIN please click on:
Enter your email address in the box and the system will send you a password /PIN reset email - click the link in that email and enter your new password / PIN.
Alternatively, account administrators (usually your HR team) can reset passwords by going to
Company > users > and clicking the key icon next to the user account in question.
Please note: our support staff cannot reset individual user passwords - if the automated process does not work then you will need to contact your account administrator (HR team).
