Interview Schedules / Slots
When inviting a candidate for interview in Natural HR, you can present the candidate with a list of interview dates/times to choose from, from a given schedule. Once a candidate has chosen a particular date/time, it is no longer available for selection for any future candidate. This useful feature can help to prevent "clashes" when interviewing candidates.
To set this up, an Administrator will need to enable the feature in Recruitment Settings:
Administration -> Company -> Settings -> Recruitment Settings
Under the Interviews heading, find the setting for Multiple Interview Slots and choose Yes.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Submit.
The next step is to add one or more schedules as required via:
Recruitment -> Schedules
Click the Add button to add a new schedule.
On this page you can choose a name for recruitment schedule, and pick the interviewers who will be conducting the interviews.
Next, click "Add Slots" to add the slots that the candidate will be able to choose from:
Click on the date field to select a date using the date picker.
Enter the available times for the appointments in HHMM format, so for 10am, enter 1000. Click the + icon to add more times and, once finished, click on the Add button. This will add the chosen date/times to the slot:
To edit a slot simply click the Edit button next to the slot.
To add more slots, click on add slots and repeat the process. When you have finished adding all the slots for that interview schedule, click Submit.
These slots can then be used when inviting candidates for interview. You can invite a candidate for an interview either by clicking the Interview icon on their Candidate file (Recruitment -> Candidates), or by going to Recruitment -> Interviews and clicking on the Add button. When you do this, you will see an option for Schedule. Simply choose the interview schedule you have created from the drop-down list.
When the candidate receives their email to invite them to interview, they will be invited to choose from a list of available interview slots. Any slots already chosen by another candidate will not be available for selection.
