Communicating new Natural HR features
Over time, new features are added, and existing Natural HR features changed/improved, our aim is to give you the best features and functionality and to improve your overall user experience.
To help keep you up to date with what we are doing, you may receive emails containing information about up and coming new features, we also have two features in Natural HR itself, designed to keep you up to date with what's happening:

Notifications on new features and updates will only be visible to Admin and HR Level users, and can be accessed by clicking on the 'Notifications' icon on the Natural HR top menu.
A small red number next to the 'Notifications' icon will tell you when a new unread notification has been received.
After clicking on the 'Notifications' icon you will see the latest notification at the top but you can scroll down to see other notifications including:
- New feature - including a short video
- Webinar announcements - you can register to attend webinars in the future or enquire about viewing past webinar recordings.
- Other announcements
Each notification has a facility for you to provide feedback by clicking on one of the three emoji faces then adding some supporting text as a comment.
In addition to the 'Notifications' feature, you can also view a products update page. This is available for Admin/HR level users logged in to the Natural HR system by going to:
The home page displays all of the recent updates, identified by category e.g. Forms, Recruitment, Expenses etc. Click on an update to read a brief overview of the main points of the update. Although you can see all of the updates on the home screen, you can also apply a filter to view just the updates by that category.
