I have forgotten my PIN, how do I reset it?
Natural HR provides different ways to sign into the system, your users can log in using a user name which will typically be their work email address, and a password. There is also provision to log in using 2 factor authentication on login, click here for more information on how to set this up.
Alternately, you can require your users to log in using a user name, a password and a PIN, click here for more information on how to set up a log in requiring a PIN.
First, you enter your user name and a password, then click on 'Login'
You will then be prompted to enter 3 digits from your PIN, then click on 'Login' to continue
If you enter your PIN incorrectly you will see an error like this
You can contact your company's Natural HR administrator who can reset your PIN or password, or you can generate a PIN reset email by clicking on the 'Forgotten PIN?' link on the login page, as shown here
Enter your email address that you use to log into the Natural HR system, then click on 'Reset PIN'
You will get a message saying ‘Your new PIN’ has been sent to you.
You will receive an email similar to this containing a temporary new PIN
Once you have successfully logged in, you can click on your user name and then select the options to change your password and/or PIN to something more memorable, ideally NOT guessable dates such as a birthday or a memorable date such as a wedding anniversary, a child’s birthdate or the date you moved house etc, which may be discoverable on social media sites.
Please note: Natural HR support staff cannot reset PINs or passwords on your behalf. If the Forgotten PIN? option does not appear to be working for you we advise that you contact your system administrator.
