Adding Requisitions
Within NaturalHR, there is the option to add requisitions which can later be embedded into your company careers page.
To add a requisition, on the side menu, go to:
Recruitment -> Requisitions
Click the 'Add' button and you will be brought to the following page:
The 'Go live date' field refers to the date at which the individual requisition will appear on the company careers page (assuming that the company jobs key is embedded to the careers page).
If you scroll down, you'll see 'Role screening question 1-5'. These are role specific questions that will only apply to the requisition you are setting up.
There are 4 field types to select from for these, as shown in the screenshot below.
Questions that apply to all requisitions in the system can also be set up. These are found via:
Recruitment -> Options -> List page settings
Click the 'Add' button then scroll to the bottom of the page and you'll find the 'Custom Questions' section.
