Why don't I receive emails to my gmail.com address?
If your work email address is a registered [yourname]@gmail.com account, we will send your notification emails to that address. If you believe that you are not receiving these emails, it may be that although the email has been sent by us, your Gmail account has labelled or categorised them and placed the email elsewhere than where you expect it. In this example, emails have been sent to this Gmail account but they do not appear in the Primary tab in the Gmail inbox. The emails do not appear in the Social and Promotions tabs/categories either, instead you can see three emails from Natural HR in the Updates tab/category.
You should also check the Starred, Important, All Mail and Spam system labels as some or all of these emails may also have been labelled by Gmail to appear in these labels. In this case only two of these emails have been labelled by Gmail as Important.

Please Note: If you are trying to reset your password and so on, requesting multiple times in a short period is more likely to cause delays than fix them as gmail will see lots of emails coming from one email address with the same content and will automatically assume it is spam meaning it is less likely to arrive or the delay will be increased.
You only need to request your password or PIN once and then wait a reasonable time (hours) before requesting again or contacting support.
