Within your Natural HR environment there exists a "main admin account" with an associated email address. 

Changing the email address for the "main admin account" can only be done by Natural HR staff. 

If you need to change your main admin account email address please contact the Support team. 

IMPORTANT: To change the main admin account email address we require a written and signed confirmation that includes your current email address and the address you'll like it to be updated to from your company director(s).  This is to protect our clients and to help prevent fraudulent and illegitimate requests.
