Natural HR is currently only available via www.naturalhr.net as a hosted, cloud solution.

The main reason for this being that Natural HR are then able to update the application easily in order to maintain the security of the system. 

We may decide to make it available to clients in the future to host on their own servers but, this is not confirmed and there are currently no plans to do so.
