Password reset emails are not arriving
If you are attempting to log in to Natural HR and you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking on the Forgotten password link on the login page
you will then be prompted to enter your login name email address (1) and then click on the 'Reset password' button (2)
You only need to request your password (or PIN once) and then wait a reasonable time (which could be up to a few hours) before requesting a reset again or contacting support.
Requesting a reset multiple times in a short period is more likely to cause delays than fix them; Your ISP or mail provider will see lots of emails coming from one email address with the same content and will automatically assume it is spam, meaning that it is less likely to arrive at all or the delay will be increased.
Please also ensure to check that the employee's work e-mail and user log in e-mail match by going to:
People -> Employees -> Edit -> Job details
and then go to:
People -> Users
Then locate the user you want to edit and click Actions -> Edit and check that the login name matches the work email address.
