You can upload a photo for an employee by going to People > Employees selecting the employee in question, and clicking the Photo option in the Core Details area at the bottom of the employee file:

Please note: This feature is intended for a head shot style photos and if you need to upload anything else we would recommend using Employee documents instead.

Once uploaded, the employee photo is then shown on both the Employee File and on the organisational chart.

Process of uploading the photo

First, click the Choose Image button:

Next click Browse to locate and upload an image from your computer (please note, only JPG, PNG, GIF and BMP files are supported):

To crop the image, simply left click anywhere in the main image on the left and drag the cursor – you will then see a light-box appear around the area you have chosen and a preview will appear on the right so you can see what the finished image will look like.

You can make the box as big or as small as you like but the aspect ratio is fixed and cannot be adjusted.

Once happy with the selection, click on Crop and upload to finalise the process and save the cropped image. 

Deleting a Photo

From the initial Photo page, you can also choose to Delete current image. Once selecting this option, a browser notification will appear asking "Are you sure?"

Once selecting yes, the image will be removed and the following will be seen:
