How to add a date and timed event to the company calendar
You can create an event and add it to the Natural HR company calendar by going to
Time and attendance > Events
and then clicking on the 'Add' button.
Enter the 'Event title' and the 'Start date' and 'End date'. When entering the dates and times you can do so manually but it it must follow one of the formats shown below
- dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm
- mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm
- yyyy/mm/dd hh:mm
however, to avoid any potential formatting issues, we recommend you use the date and time picker which appears when you click into the 'Start date' and 'End date' fields. You can then choose the Date, Month and Year after which you can then click on the clock icon at the bottom of the date and time picker
and then select Start and End times for the event
After clicking on the 'Submit' button, the event with the 'Start time' will be displayed in all users' calendars
If a user wishes to view both the start and end times of the event, they can click on the 'week' or 'day' view buttons
