For all times displayed in Natural HR, they are recorded in UTC (Universal Time Coordinated), which is the successor of GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) - this is used mainly as it does not change according to daylight savings or other seasonal local variations, so is constant.
When you view a record with a time stamp, e.g. an audit record
the time will correspond with the timezone you have set in your 'Localisation options', in this case Europe/London.
If we set the localisation timezone to, in this case, Dubai
the times in the audit records will reflect the new localisation timezone settings
When a user logs in, they will see details of the last date and time they logged in to Natural HR, also based on their own localisation settings
