How to set action times in Natural HR
For all times displayed in Natural HR, they are recorded in UTC (Universal Time Coordinated), which is the successor of GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) - this is used mainly as it does not change according to daylight savings or other seasonal local variations, so is constant.
When you view a record with a time stamp, e.g. an audit record
the time will correspond with the time zone you have set in your 'Localisation options', in this case Europe/London.
If we set the localisation time zone to, in this case, Dubai
the times in the audit records will reflect the new localisation time zone settings
