Error 14 - Please enter all required information
When logging in to Natural HR you may see an error message with this text:
This error message means that you have not entered all the information required to login, ie both your username and password.
This is the only condition that will cause this specific error message to appear. Any other error type of login failure will generate a different error code.
In order to solve this message, you must ensure that you input both your login username name and password and that none of the fields are left blank during your login attempt.
If you do not know your login username please contact your Natural HR system administrator or HR team and they will be able to advise. If you know your username, but do not know your password, you can either use the "Forgotten Password" link on the login page to initiate a password reset. You can also click here to go there directly. Alternatively, contact your Natural HR system administrator or HR team who can reset your login details on your behalf. Please note that Natural HR support staff do not have access to passwords, and cannot reset your password for you.
