Recording reasons and duration of employee lateness is possible from their employee file.
Before instances of lateness can be recorded, administrators or HR-level users will need to pre-populate a list of late reasons which can be referred to when an instance is added.
Late reasons can be added via:
Administration > HR > Time off management > Late Reasons
On the top left hand side, a small clock icon will allow you to record an instance of lateness for a particular employee.
Upon clicking the clock icon, a popup window will appear asking for further details regarding the lateness entry. Once submitted, this information will be stored alongside the employee file.
To view all lateness entries, browse to:
Time and Attendance > Late Records
Here you will be able to view the date the lateness occurred, the employee name, the lateness reason, the lateness duration who this lateness entry was entered by and any comments added at the time.
