What employee history records can I view?
Within Natural HR, any changes which are made to the employee file are tracked and a full record of these changes stored against their employee file. This can be found under:
Administration > HR > History
HR or administrator level users can view a full history of the following types of information:
- Employee address history
- Employee allowance history
- Employee Job history
- Employee leaving history
- Employee rejoining history
- Employee salary history
- Employee changes
Each of these options will show a table of all changes made, including filtering options:
