The employee portal is displayed on the employee home screen when they log in and gives employees a visual overview of their current time off allowance as well as updates on their most recent actions and notices.
Additionally, the 'What would you like to do?' button under the employee's photograph, allows the employee quick and easy access to the most commonly used features of Natural HR.
There is an option to turn this portal view off by going to:
Administration > Company > Settings > Display settings
In the Employee views section you have the option to turn the Employee portal on or off by selecting 'Yes' or 'No'
Please note: If you select 'No' in the 'Employee portal' option, this will disable the 'Show my team' option as well.
Selecting 'No' in the 'Employee portal' means the employee will not see their portal or their team.
