There is an option to set up the tracking of Geo location when an employee clocks in using the Natural HR time tracking feature. 

This will need to be enabled first by going to

Administration > Company > Settings > Time tracking settings 

In the 'General settings' section, set the setting for 'Use Geolocation for web clock in/out' is set to 'Yes'.  

This means that any clock in and clock out using the Natural HR interface, will track the geo location of the device in use

Please Note : This does not work with our QR feature as the QR device is in one location

When the user first uses this, they will be asked to allow us to track their location – they MUST select YES. If they choose no, then the location will not be tracked

Employees should only be asked once to allow us to track their location.
