Admin Users Only
Admin users have the ability to bulk upload information into the system. You can do this by going to
Admin > Company > Bulk Upload
Alternatively you can go here to take you straight to that page. You will see a page similar to the below
If you select on the relevant data you wish to upload, this will turn green to show you the area selected.
You will see a help file and instructions which covers all of the headings in your related CSV to help yo identify the information we are looking for. You will also see that you can download the CSV file needed for the related upload.
Employee Field- This is how you are going to identify the employee so the system can match the employee on the CSV file.
Include archived employees in search - Is this upload for current, archived or both current and archived employees?
CSV file to upload - This is the CSV file including the data that you wish to upload to the system.
Once you have uploaded the CSV and clicked on submit, this will then upload in system. If there are any errors you will see this in an orange banner at the top of your screen. This banner will contain information as to why the upload has errors or has not been successful.
