When you complete a form in Natural HR, by default the system shows icons which indicate the "visibility" of fields.  For example:

These icons can be "hidden" if desired, to present a "cleaner" form for completion.

To change this setting, go to Company Settings:

Administration -> Company -> Settings -> Company Settings

On this page, scroll down to the "General Settings" section.  In this section, there is a setting called "Custom form read-only icon visibility".  Set this to "Hidden" to hide these icons.
