Company Document Expiry Reminders
Within Natural HR, it is possible to add an expiry date to Company Documents, in order to be notified before the document expires.
The system will send a reminder 7 days and 1 day before the expiry date (by email to your company's HR Mailbox) to remind you that it is due to expire. These email notifications are automated and cannot be disabled or changed, but are only sent if an expiry date is added for a document.
You can upload a document with an expiry date by navigating to:
Documents > Company Documents
Click the "Upload" button at the bottom of the screen to upload a new document. If you want the document to be contained within a category, click on the category first, followed by the "Upload" button.
On the resulting form, you will see the option for "Expiry Date" as shown below. If you would like to receive expiry reminders, you should enter the expiry date here:
You can also set an expiry date against an existing Company Document by clicking on the edit (pencil) icon, in the "Actions" column, next to the document in the Company Documents table:
You should then add the expiry date in the "Expiry Date" field as pictured above.
