We have now added a feature that will allow Administrators, HR users and Managers to set how they would like to view candidate and employee details. This can either be set to a card view or a table view.
To change this, browse to your name found at the top right of the screen and then select Localisation
On this settings page, there will be a drop-down menu named Card/Table view. Here you will be able to set how candidates and employees are presented.
If this option is set to card view you will be presented with the following in the employee screen and the candidates' screen:
If this option is set to table view you will be presented with the following in the employee screen and the candidate's screen:
The company default sets these both to the card view and you can amend the view of either on their respective page by clicking on the Table View button found on the bottom of the screen.
