When a user logs in to natural HR, they will see many different modules and views depending on how the system is configured. On the side bar on the right side of the screen they may see features such as 'Employee pulse', 'Announcements' and possibly also a 'Twitter' feed. In addition an Admin, HR or Manager access level user can see a workflow section displaying requests for approval for training, time off, timesheets, expenses and mileage etc.

In this example, a manager wants to share their screen with an employee to review and discuss a timesheet before approving. However the employee would also be able to see the manager's announcements as well as time off and training requests for other employees who report to this manager. The manager may consider access to view these workflow requests or certain announcements inappropriate for the employee to view.

Before sharing their screen, the manager can temporarily hide the right side bar by clicking on the 'Toggle right side bar' button on the top menu bar

This will hide the right side bar until this button is clicked again or the user logs out and logs back in.
