Within Natural HR you can create "continuous workflows" which trigger based on changes to data in the system.  

We have recently introduced two new types of continuous workflow, which trigger based on changes to the employee's disability status.

To create a continuous workflow go to:

Administration -> HR -> Workflows

When you create your workflow, select the category "Continuous", type "Changes" and Option "Disability status" or "Registered disability status" from the options, like so:

This will result in the workflow firing against the employee when the following fields are changed in the employee file:

Changes to the above field will trigger a "Disability status" continuous workflow.

Changes to the above field will trigger a "Registered disability status" continuous workflow.
