When creating a requisition and the job role is entered, in most situations this is what will be used throughout the system including your recruitment portal.
On occasion, you may require a different name to be displayed for the requisition.
You may have roles named Project Manager 1 and Project Manager 2 and you would like these both to be listed on the recruitment portal, as these would be internal references and not relevant to applicants.
To add a display name to a job role, browse to
Administration > HR > Data Management > Job Roles
You can edit an existing job role to add/edit a display name or create a new job role (click here to see how to create a job role).
Locate the field named Display Name and enter your desired display name here. Moving forward, this will appear throughout the system.
