How do I add employee licences to HR?
There may be occasions when you need to add additional licences to your HR account, e.g. when you add more employees than you currently have licenses for. If, when you add more employees than you have licenses for, as an Admin access level user you will see a warning banner telling you you have exceeded your current license count.
To add more licenses you can do this via
- Your main admin account.
- Contacting the HR accounts team.
Adding Licences through your Main admin account
The 'Main admin' account is the only account with your company that has the ability to edit and control your license subscription with HR. This account is linked to your company instead of to an employee user in the business. You should receive your 'Main admin' account on completion of your HR implementation.
Logged in as the 'Main admin' user, you can go to
Administration > Company > Manage my account
When clicking on 'Manage my account', you will see a page that looks like this
Please note: If when clicking on 'Manage my account', this refreshes to the home screen, this is usually because you are trying to access this page in an Admin level user account and not the 'Main admin account'.
Please note: This facility is not available if you subscribe to our additional "Analytics" package. To manage your license count in this case, please email naturalhr_accounts@moorepay.co.uk directly.
You can add your licences by clicking on 'Edit subscription' and simply increasing your licences.
Please Note: You can see what your current number of licences are on the left-hand side of this page
On completion of the adding licence process, a new invoice will be raised by HR for the additional licenses.
Adding licences through the HR accounts department.
If the following applies to you:
1. You have not been provided with access to the 'Main admin account'
2. You are still in implementation
3. You subscribe to our additional "Analytics" package
Please contact our accounts department by emailing naturalhr_accounts@moorepay.co.uk, informing the team of your query and how many licences you would like to add.
Please note: It is important for our accounts team to have clarity from yourself that you are either someone who can authorise the increase, or you have had the increase approved
