Natural HR gives you the ability to create Requisitions (job vacancies) and post them to your company website careers page see Displaying requisitions created in Natural HR in your company website careers page. Any applications for these jobs will be recorded and managed as Candidates in the Natural HR recruitment module.

In addition, you can also create a Requisition and share it with an external Recruitment agency, when an application is made via the Recruiter's jobs portal, the applicant's information is recorded as a Candidate in Natural HR but the referrer is credited to the Recruiter.

To do this we first go to:

Recruitment -> Options -> Recruiters

On this screen click on 'Add'

Before clicking on 'Submit', make sure as a minimum you have entered a Name and a Unique code which should be between 3 and 32 letters, no numbers or special characters. Finally, make sure the Status is Active.

After clicking on 'Submit', you will see the Recruiter has been successfully added, so you can then click on 'Cancel'

And you will see the Recruiter and code you have just created.

To use the code you will need to have a Requisition, see Displaying requisitions created in Natural HR in your company website careers page

Choose the Requisition you want to use by going to:

Recruitment -> Requisitions

Click Actions -> Edit on the Requisition you want to use.

Scroll to the bottom of the screen where you will see two direct Requisition links. Copy the first link.

Before sharing this link with your Recruiter, add the Recruiter code you created earlier to the end of the first direct Requisition link, e.g.

Becomes

https://www.naturalhr.net/hr/recruitment/role/827e095f5a3d61bffb4f1cb059a3bca3/33034/BPL

To test this link you can copy the link with the code you will share with the recruiter, and paste it into a browser address bar.

You will see the job details displayed and can view any attachments by clicking on the 'Download' icon and then click on the 'Apply now' button to complete the application.

Any applications completed using this direct Recruitment link, with the Recruiter code, will be seen as a Candidate in Natural HR but with the Recruiter identified like you can see here.
