In Employee Job History, Employee Salary History and Employee Allowances History there is now an option called "Sync last change date"
These options can be found under:
HR > History
The use case for this option would be if a history record is manually removed or edited. It is possible for the date in the employee record to get out of sync - this means you could have the most recent job history date in histories but a different date against the employee directly.
When used this will run against the whole company (including archived employees) and will sync the history record with the employee record.
If there is no history record then the date against the employee will be set to the employee start date.
