When completing a candidate there is an option available to state what assets are required at the point of creating the employee.
To enable this feature, browse to
Administration > Company > Settings > Company Settings > Asset Management
Once this setting has been set to yes, an asset field will appear when you are completing your candidate.
When clicking within this field, the assets that have been added to the system will appear in the form of a picklist. you can select more than one asset within this field and also remove an asset if one was entered by mistake.
