There may be certain scenarios where the benefits screen needs to be hidden from manager level users.
To enable this, browse to:
Administration > Company > Settings > Display Settings > Manager views
Here, you can untick the Employee Benefits checkbox which will then remove this from a manager level user view.
This option would not be the same as Hide pay/benefits from managers as this option would prevent the pay/salary section on the benefits screen, rather than remove the full Benefits screen.
Additionally, the Hide pay/benefits from managers option would remove the salary from the employee card also, whereas unticking the Employee Benefits option would not stop the manager from seeing the salary on the employee card.
