When an employee is added, a probation date can be set. Natural HR will send two warning emails to notify managers when the employee is approaching the end of their probation.

One week before the end of the probation period.

And one day before the end of the probation period.

The settings for these reminders can not be changed or modified but can be set in a workflow as escalations which is why we allow turning off the default reminder option. To do this we go to:

Administration > Company >Settings> Company settings 

Then select 'Disabled' from the Default probationary period reminders dropdown option.
