When an employee submits an expense claim, it will typically be the responsibility of their manager to approve or decline it.
Depending on how your individual Natural HR system is set up, the manager will be able to access the expense claim:
- By clicking on the expense claim icon in the Workflow section.
- Or by clicking on Finance and then Expenses.
3. Alternatively, if you have set up an approve expenses workflow, you can click on the link in the notices section.

The manager will also receive a default email notification informing them that an expense claim has been submitted
Or, if an approve expenses workflow has been created, you can customise the content of the notification email to the manager.
