Recruitment Forms
Within Natural HR it is now possible to build a Recruitment Form for use in the Recruitment module. This form type is used to record information about a candidate in the recruitment process.
Building an Recruitment Form
The form is built in much the same way as any other form, using our Form Builder tool, which can be accessed by an Admin or HR user at:
Administration > HR > Form Builder
Within Form Builder, create a new form by clicking on the "Add" button at the bottom of the page.
When building your form, be sure to choose "Recruitment" from the available options in the Form type drop-down:
Another important field to consider on this page is "User groups access". By default, recruitment forms are available to Administrators, HR users and Recruiters. In this field, you can also choose to make the form available to the Hiring Manager:
The process of building the form itself is much the same as any other form type, and is covered in our training video on the topic of forms, which is available here, but there are a couple of requirements to be aware of.
Firstly, it is important that the form contains a field of type "Assigned Candidate". Similar to the "Assigned Employee" field in Other forms, this ensures that the form is correctly recorded against the candidate record:
Finally, as with other form types, it's important that your form contains a "Completed" field:
This is used to mark the form as completed once all the information has been entered.
Adding Information to a Recruitment Form
Once you have built your recruitment form, a user with the appropriate permissions can enter information in the form by going to the Forms menu and clicking on the Add icon in the Actions menu:
By choosing the Candidate Name from the Assigned Candidate field, the form will be associated with the candidate record.
Viewing Completed Recruitment Forms
Completed recruitment forms can be viewed in two ways:
1. In the Forms menu by clicking on the View data option in the Action menu:
This will allow you to view all of the completed forms with the same name, regardless of which candidates they apply to.
2. In the Candidate card (Recruitment > Candidates) by clicking on the Forms icon:
This will allow you to see all forms of the "Recruitment" type and "Application Form" type recorded against that candidate.
