Natural HR provides the ability to create and use 360 feedback review forms which are designed for peer-review scenarios.
Creating a new 360 peer review request
To distribute a 360 form directly to individuals who are required to give their peer feedback, go to
Performance > 360 feedback
Click the 'Add' button to add a new feedback request.
Select a name from the 'Feedback requested from' dropdown for who you want the 360 feedback on.
Select a name, or multiple names from the 'Recipients' dropdown by pressing the 'Ctrl' key on your keyboard while selecting names from the list using your mouse. Please note, only employees with a user account and a valid work email will appear in the recipients list.
Add a date from 'Expiry date' for when you want the feedback by.
Choose 'Standard' or 'Custom' from the 'Question choice' dropdown
If you select 1. 'Standard' then 2. enter the question you will ask all recipients
After clicking on 'Submit', the recipient(s) who you have asked to provide the feedback will see a notice like this on their home screen.
When the recipient clicks on the notice/link they will see a screen like this where they can respond with some text.
If you select 3. 'Custom' then select the name of your 360 feedback form from 'Please choose form' 4.
After clicking on 'Submit', the recipient will see a notice on their home screen and when they click on it the recipient will complete the custom 360 feedback form, an example of which you can see here
Creating a custom 360 feedback form
To create a 360 feedback review form, go to
Administration > Company > Form builder
Administration > HR > Form builder
and click add to create a new form. For further information on creating custom 360 forms, please see our article on Form Builder Form Types
Please note: When creating a 360 feedback form, you have the option to make feedback entries anonymous so the employee's name will not appear alongside any of the responses.
Reviewing 360 feedback requests
As a manager, HR or admin level user you can review the status and responses of the 360 feedback requests by going to
Performance > 360 feedback
From here you can see who the feedback was requested on, when it was requested and whether it used:
1. Standard or
2. Custom 360 Feedback form questions
Depending on how many recipients were added, you can see in the 'Responses' and 'Response rate' columns, how many recipients have responded.
In the 'Actions' column you can 'Add recipients', Change date' or 'Delete' the feedback request. In the case of request which have responses you can also download the responses to a '.CSV' file (custom form only).
In addition to the notification the recipients of the 360 Feedback request will see on their Natural HR home screen,
they will also receive an email which looks like this, which will prompt them to log in and complete the 360 feedback.
When a recipient has completed their response, the manager will see an email notification like this which will prompt them to log in and review the 360 feedback (custom form responses only)
