Setting up and using the Planner feature
Natural HR provides a planner view for all levels of user to see working and non working days as well as other people in the business's time off, birthdays, work anniversaries and national holidays.

Within the planner their are 4 Default colours that are used.
Green = In Office/Working Day
Orange = Missing Time Records
Black = Mandatory Holiday
Light Grey = Non Working Day
The above cannot be changed. You are able to decide the colour that you want a Timeoff Type to be on the Planner, This can be done via Administration > HR > Timeoff Management > Timeoff Types - Display Settings and modifying the Calendar Colour.
How to access the Planner
Using the left hand menu, go into Time and Attendance > Planner. This will open the planner like below, showing all Employees within your organisation.
Planner Features and Functionality
Within the planner you are able to Filter results, along the top of the Planner Page are filters that can be used to narrow down the results. These are Job Title, Manager, Department, Site, Business Unit, Company, Cost Centre and First Name.
Another function that you can do with the Planner is Export the Planner. This will take a screenshot of the Planner for the next 4 weeks and enable you to save a copy of the planner. To do this at the bottom of the page, press Export.
Once you press Export the system will download a screenshot of the Planner.
