Using Employee custom fields in Report builder
Natural HR provides the facility to create Employee custom fields to add additional information to an Employee file click here for information how to do this. In this example, an Employee custom field called HGV driver has been created with a Yes/No field type.
These Employee custom fields can be used when building a custom report by going to:
Reporting > Report builder
Select a data source (also referred to as a data set) containing employee details fields e.g. Employees
Add the fields you wish to include in your report, including in this case the HGV driver Employee custom field
If required you can now Group by this Employee custom field
and/or you can apply a filter based on this Employee custom field
The final report includes all of the default available Employee fields you selected, plus the Employee custom field(s) you added.
