How to raise a feature suggestion in NaturalHR
You can access our feature suggestion tool via your Natural HR system so long as you’re an Admin or HR user.
Simply navigate to the ‘small person’ icon in the top bar to the right-hand side of the screen highlighted below.
This should now display a dropdown menu with a list of options. In this case, you should click on Suggest features.
Once clicked, this will take you to another screen where you’ll be able to see the planned suggestions, ones in progress and completed suggestions. When you access the suggestions page, you should be able to see a section called ‘Create a Post’.
Completing this form will automatically match to any suggestions that have been raised already, so you are able to vote on a similar one rather than raise a new one. If the suggestion doesn’t already exist, it will
create a new suggestion.
