Why are Candidate Details not Pulling Through?
If you are using an Application Form, and you find that details are not coming through, navigate to - Administration - HR - Form Builder. Find the application form you are using for the requisition.
Select the Actions button against the form and select Form Builder;
Against the relevant fields such as name, select the Pencil icon to review.
For each of the applicable fields, you will need to ensure that the associated Candidate Field has been mapped.
If you have for example a Field Type, but have not mapped it to the applicable candidate field, this will not pull it through.
In the below example, the Candidate Field has not been mapped for the first name, therefore it will not pull through from the form into the Candidates details;
Once the details are mapped correctly in your form, these will then pull through as expected.
