The page includes the following:
Duplicate Handling
By default the uploader will skip any job where a job of the same name already exists - you can optionally tell the uploader to update any job where there is ONE matching job (if you have more than one job of the same name then both uploaders will always fail).
CSV file to upload
This is where you will load your CSV when it is ready to upload. Press browse and select the CSV file.
Download help file and instructions
This option will download our bulk upload help file. This includes instructions on how to use each bulk upload and lets you know which columns are mandatory and which are optional, it's important to look at the relevant help file before performing a bulk upload so you can get it right the first time.
Download CSV Model
The second option downloads an example template for you to use for the bulk upload with all the headers needed for the bulk upload to be successful.
You will also see a list of all departments currently on the system along with their Department ID.
Editing your CSV
When you download your sample CSV file it will look like this:
Job Title - The job role title, this field can contain letters and/or numbers. This field is Mandatory.
Description - Description for the job role, the field can contain letters and/or numbers. This field is Optional.
Responsibilities - A description of the responsibilities for this job role, this field can contain letters and/or numbers. This field is Optional.
Qualifications - Required qualifications for this role, this field can contain letters and/or numbers. This field is Optional.
Competencies - Required competencies for this job role, this field can contain letters and/or numbers. This field is Optional.
Experience - Required experience for this job role, this field can contain letters and/or numbers. This field is Optional.
Salary Range - Salary range for this job role, this field can contain numbers and/or numbers e.g. £30,000-£35,000 Per annum. This field is Optional.
Benefits - A list of any benefits which this job role is entitled to, can contain letters and/or numbers. This field is Optional.
Reports To - The job role which this job role reports to, this field can contain letters and/or numbers. This field is Optional.
Manager - Denotes if this is a Manager level job role or not, this field can only contain No or 0 and Yes or 1. This field is Mandatory.
Job Level - The job level for this job role, this field can contain letters and/or numbers e.g. Grade 2. This field is Optional.
Min Salary - The minimum salary value for this job role, this field must contain numbers only e.g. 30000. This field is Optional.
Max Salary - The maximum salary value for this job role, this field must contain numbers only e.g. 35000. This field is Optional
Midpoint Salary - The midpoint salary value for this job role, this field must contain numbers only e.g. 32500. This field is Optional.
FTE Salary - The Full Time Equivalent Salary for this job role, this field must contain numbers to 2 decimal places, for example 0.80 for someone receiving 80% of a full time employee's salary. This field is Optional.
Mandatory Documents - The mandatory documents for this job role, this field can contain numbers and/or letters e.g. DBS Check. This field is Optional.
Mandatory Training - The mandatory training for this job role, this field can contain numbers and/or letters e.g. Health and Safety Training. This field is Optional.
Target - The desired number of employees in this role. This field must contain numbers only. This field is Optional.
