Allow Finance Users Access to Time Off
It is possible for Finance Users to be given limited access to the Time Off Module. This is intended to allow users involved with the Payroll process to access time off and related documents.
This can be implemented by going to -
People -> Users -> Select the applicable profile and select Edit from the actions menu.
Within the users profile, if they are enabled as a Finance User, there will be an option for Time off access.
Once applied, this will then allow the user read only permissions to view time off.
Where a document has been attached to a Time Off record, the user will then be able to download these documents.
The Time Off menu, will appear in the Finance module for selection.
