Within time off types, you are able to add a Description, if populated the text entered will display when an employee makes a request for that type of time off.
Following customer feedback, we have now added the ability to for this description to be displayed more prominently when employees are requesting time off.
Within - Administration > HR > Time off Management > Time off Types, you can add a description in the text field and the box for - Display description as warning message can be ticked to implement.
Select Submit to save any changes made.
The text entered will then be displayed with the supplementary information when the employees go to book that type of time off.
