Previously, when creating a Requisition within the Recruitment module, Sub departments would appear within the Department field. 

In some cases this made it difficult to identify which of the available options were Departments and which were Sub departments so we now have a newly added field specifically for Sub department.

The Sub department field appears below the existing Department field and will only display if the Department selected within the Department field has Sub departments associated to it.
