Within NaturalHR you can assign Module Templates to change what a user would normally see, the below article will cover how you can assign a module template to Company Users in one go rather than having to do it one at a time.
For more information on module templates themselves please review the linked knowledge base article -
Module templates to customise the user experience
Assigning a Module template
There are two ways you can assign a Module Template to multiple employees at once.
Publish Templates
In Administration -> Company -> Settings -> Module templates
If you select the action option for a specific template you will get the option to publish the template
There are 3 options for publishing this way
User names - This option lets you search by the employees name
User groups - This will enable you to select specific user groups to publish to and any user in those users groups will have the template assigned to them.
Metadata - this option allows you to select by department and sites.
once you have selected your method and which employees/groups you want to assign the template to click submit.
Bulk Actions
The second option is in People -> Users
At the bottom of the users page on the right hand side there is an option called Bulk Actions
To use this option you will have to tick all the Users you want to assign the Template to then select the template in bulk actions, you will be given a pop up to confirm you wish to make the change, when you have confirmed it will assign the template to the users
To Note - This option can also be used to remove a template from multiple Users at once.
